.. Re my last post, I am trying to describe the issue better... when I look at say, the name of a folder, the font/text has a weird almost 3d effect, a sort of a red blur behind it! Or a sort of 'halo' effect. Have looked at monitor settings but I haven't physically changed anything that I can see. Also I have just created a new user on the Mac and logged in and low and behold all the fonts/typefaces are crisp and clean looking! Any ideas??!! - Read More at This Link..
