We have all our images on the server sorted by the customer that they are used for. Each folder is named by the customer. I'm not usre if this is will work for you or not it all depends if your a design shop or a print shop that has the files supplied. I do find that when the server gets to many folder it has trouble seeing all of them that's a reminder to clean up the server. - Read More at This Link..
