I was caught off-guard by the search issue, but I bet no one including myself would've ever thought a networked MAC of any kind could'nt do a search on a server built by MAC! Done venting now, so let me explain our situation a little better. We are a small lan with 2 servers and 22 clients. One pre-intel panther xserve (no problems) and one intel we recently purchased. 3 of the client computers are osx and the rest are os9. Our printing consists of about 240 small tifs on a letter size doc. Each tif is about 450k. We print to 2 minoltas, a bizhub c352 and a bizhub c6500 both w/fiery rips.
