Does anyone know how to perform fsck with the terminal in Mac OS X Panther. It has been a long time since I needed to use fsck in the terminal or shell to check my file system. It seems like the command is not working in Mac OS X Panther? Please help, I'm having mac problems here and need to run fsck . Not working the way I remembered. I haven't used it in a couple of years. Also, while I'm asking for information. I thought I'd ask if fsck was the same as apple's Disk Utility on the install CD. Is that true, because I already tried that and it did not fix my problems. What else can I try for general mac . . .
